Amplify Technology, LLC (“Amplify”), the AI-native RIA growth platform built on data lake architecture, announced that Brookwood Investment Group (“Brookwood”), a Phoenix-based registered investment advisor, has partnered with Amplify to create the Brookwood Intelligence Platform,™ a unified technology foundation that brings data, investment intelligence, portfolio management, trading, account servicing, and advisor workflows together across the firm.
Founded by Kimberley and Robert Raimondo, Brookwood Investment Group has grown from $515 million to more than $1.5 billion in assets in the past two years, and now serves more than 75 advisors and 6,200 clients. The firm is advancing a Professional Advisor Partnership model designed to give entrepreneurial financial advisors the independence to exercise their own judgment while surrounding them with the expertise, infrastructure, technology, and collective intelligence of a larger institution.
Brookwood had long envisioned a more connected technology environment, but as the firm grew, the limitations of its fragmented infrastructure became increasingly apparent. Advisors and staff were working across disconnected systems and piecing together information from multiple places, taking time away from serving clients and higher-value work. Amplify offered the connected infrastructure Brookwood needed to bring its data and workflows together, and provided a foundation for continued innovation as the firm scales.
“We weren’t looking for another technology solution. We were looking for infrastructure that could support what we believe wealth management should become,” said Kimberley Raimondo, Co-Founder and CEO of Brookwood Investment Group. “Amplify stood out because they understood our vision and had built the platform from the advisor’s point of view. They had lived the journey, understood the challenges firsthand, and approached the technology differently because of it. That gave us a foundation we can continue to build upon. As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly important to our business, its value will ultimately depend on the quality, accessibility and structure of the data beneath it.”
Brookwood also invested in leaders responsible for the infrastructure behind some of the industry’s fastest-growing RIAs. President Claire Alexander, Chief Operating Officer Jasmine Yu, Chief Growth Officer Michael Jones, and CFO and Head of Institutional Operations Jeff Williams recently joined the firm. Together with Brookwood’s existing leadership team, they are building the infrastructure and capabilities needed to support a rapidly growing national advisor community while preserving the professional judgment and independence that distinguish the Brookwood model.
“Brookwood represents exactly the kind of firm Amplify was built for,” said Jack Martin, CMO of Amplify. “They’re growing quickly, but they’re also being very deliberate about the kind of institution they want to build around their advisors. That requires a connected data foundation that can turn information into intelligence, deploy AI safely on trusted data, and give advisors greater capability without getting in the way of the judgment and relationships that make them irreplaceable.”
